Return or Refund Policy

Since we offer customized dresses, we currently do not have a return or refund policy. However, exceptions can be made in cases of damages or issues with the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase or your order number. 

Shipping Returns

UK and International Returns

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm it is unused, we will inform you of the return approval or denial via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:
